    In my experience: absolutely avoid with Win10 electronic pianos / prefer e.g. the Roland UM-ONE MK2

    Desired usage: editing scores (Sibelius, Musescore, ...) under win 10 using my electronic piano (a Korg SP-250).
    MIDI-OX shows that "extra inputs" are added randomly (e.g. "C-1"). The phenomenon is repeated when changing     electronic piano, changing computer, etc...
    Since then I bought another adapter (The Roland UM-ONE Mk2 with its own driver included), and no more problems. Works perfectly in input and output with my different computers and different electronic pianos.
    Is it a defect of my adapter? Does it work well with midi keyboards but not with electronic pianos? I don't know...
