Very satisfied. Can be integrated into a Chromecast network without any problems. Spotify Connect also works.
Only the app is buggy. But I don't really need it.

As you would expect from Sony, the SRS-ZR5 is very well made. Despite its compact size, the sound leaves nothing to be desired.
Via the matching "SongPal" app (now "Music Center"), various sound modes can be selected, the volume can be controlled and several Multiroom speakers can be networked.
Pairing with Bluetooth and networking with the WLan is relatively simple and is well described step by step via the app.
Music can be played wirelessly via Bluetooth and NFC. It has additional analogue connections (including HDMI and USB).
I have not tried out access to steaming services.
I use the app with an iPhone and in combination with another MultiroomSpeaker (SRS ZR7).
Unfortunately, it has bugs from time to time that cause the app to crash.
The app performance could be faster. If you want to play music on several speakers via Multiroom in the WLAN, the Sony app must be constantly open on the smartphone and cannot be left running in the background.
Via Bluetooth, all media from a smartphone can be played on the speaker without any problems - but unfortunately not in Multiroom mode.
The app is the heart of the speaker and should work flawlessly, but unfortunately this is not always the case, or it works differently than expected - therefore, unfortunately, 2 points deducted in user-friendliness.
