    Scrape together money and buy

I am absolutely thrilled with the camera, the image quality is simply gigantic.
A small weak point is that the RAW files are relatively large and it takes a little long for continuous shooting, but that's not so bad for
    me.
It is also advisable to add the battery grip, on the one hand for the battery but also the grip comfort is extremely better.
All in all, a TOP camera.

The most important question after a purchase is whether you would do it again. I can definitely answer YES to this. simply top.

The only thing I don't like 100% is that the a7rII is not dust and weatherproof. At this price, that's to be expected. Otherwise, I think the camera is perfect. Operation, workmanship, image quality, accessories and lens selection are all top notch.

    Super camera for the price

I bought the camera during the Sony cashback. I actually bought the 6300 recently, but because of the price (slightly more expensive than a 6500 with cashback) and the extra features, I bought it.
    The step from the 6300
to the A7 R2 was worth it. The image stabiliser alone makes a huge difference in less than optimal lighting conditions. Presumably the change from 6500 to A7 is not so big here.
There are also a lot more accessories than with the small APS-C cameras. Compared to my 6300, a battery and a charger are also included. The camera is a bit bigger than the 6300/6500, but for travelling both need a corresponding amount of space in the bag, so the difference is negligible. The batteries from the 6000 series can also be used in the A7 R2.
