So I've been using these headphones for 3 years and I love them. I don't notice the collar at all, both in summer and winter. I use them almost every day on the construction site when I'm working. I find the earplugs really comfortable, I've even fallen asleep with them while listening to podcasts. The 9-hour battery life is quite good. If you don't need the headphones, simply stow the earplugs and cable in the neckband, very simple. Making phone calls is also very good.

The first pair gave up the ghost after 3 trainings, the replacement headphones could not be charged and switched on after 3 weeks either.
According to Google searches, this unfortunately seems to be a known and widespread problem with this product.Pro
