    I put this fan on a Scythe Shuriken ...

    I use this fan on a Scythe Shuriken Rev. B (as an alternative to the weak 100x10mm fan that came with the cooler).

    The reason for buying it was simple: It was the most powerful 92x25mm fan I found. And the performance     is really good! The price (16CHF) is also good.

    Noise is no problem for me thanks to the good fan control of the mainboard (ASUS F2A85-V Pro). Especially since the A10-5700 used doesn't get hot enough for the fan to have to turn up fully. But even without fan control at full speed, I still find the fan acceptable. However, it is then very audible.

    Have had this fan for about 1 month and it runs ...

    Have had this fan for about 1 month and it runs very well.
    The flow rate is very good, almost better than a fan ;)

    The only drawback is that when it is connected to the power supply, it gets quite loud.
