For the rather low price, no turbo is to be expected. Read goes sequentially with approx. 160MB/s, write approx. 50MB/s. It gets slow with random read and write 10MB/s and 0.8-1.8 MB/s.
For comparison, a 3.5 year old USB-3 stick with 64GB and also from Sandisk has a sequential read rate of approx. 100MB/s and a write rate of approx. 36MB/s. With the random, it is sequentially 8 MB/s read and 0.7 MB/s write.
If you want speed, you have to invest more. This is enough for me, as I was looking for USB-C and -3 in one stick. Write ISO on the notebook with USB-C and then mount it in the server with USB-2 or -3 and all that in one stick.
By the way, the stick is formatted with FAT32, so no large ISOs fit on it. So reformat with NTFS if possible.

When I write/read a folder with approx. 15GB (photo/movie/docs...) with my Lenove NB resp MacBook Air the speed differences are too big!
read from the SanDisk, then it takes approx. 2min05 = very good
write from the laptop or MacBook Air to the stick 16min02 resp. 25min28, then I can enjoy more than a coffee. Actually, I expect similar speeds in both directions.
But yes, at this price you shouldn't complain.
