Only solar batteries, others don't make sense anymore -> mostly charged when you need it

Had me about 2 years ago bought 2 pieces. now they are hardly to use, the charging ports are worn out or the charging cables sit loose in it, so that only with luck a charge takes place. Charging cables also never sat "tight", and also continue to look visually i.O..
The charging indicator looks then consistently, but after a few hours on the network, the batteries are still empty.
Furthermore, the batteries overheat in direct sunlight, so that they are then completely discharged, i.e. one camps, turns a round, comes back and is happy about new power, but pie in the sky, the banks are empty (and hot).
Thus not reliable:
You can't charge them on power, but you can't charge them on sun either.
Had my two two month with several hours of sun (March-April) a day. One is full, the other 3/4....

The panel is just too small, maybe better to buy a battery and separate solar panel. But I really like it, the limitation is simply the size of the panel. Other devices will have the same problem with a small panel.
