Switched from the S7 to the S9+.
Great screen.
Battery strength quite okay ... Comparable to S7 for me.
The camera offers a range of new functions. Superslomotion is not easy to record - but the shots are great.

After years of using iPhones, this is now my first Android phone. The S9+ runs very smoothly with Oreo 8.0, the screen is bright and sharp, and the camera is pretty good.
But what disappoints me is the battery life, which is barely better than my old, aging iPhone 6 in normal use. Of course, you can activate the power-saving mode and thus extend the runtime, but I honestly find that a bit stupid: You have a Samsung flagship phone and are supposed to use it with the handbrake on?
Besides the general switch from iOS to Android with all its advantages and disadvantages, I also have to get used to the fact that operating system updates are apparently a matter of luck. Maybe there are, maybe there aren't, and apparently it doesn't matter whether you have an expensive phone from a well-known manufacturer or not. For example, I sorely miss the battery indicator of connected Bluetooth devices (e.g. headphones), which has been available on iOS for a long time. Oreo 8.1 is supposed to offer this too, but when will there be an update for my S9+????
There are a few other things I miss, but I console myself with the fact that I would have had to pay about twice as much for an equivalent phone with Apple....

I'm not sure if I'll be able to get the sd card at the same time!
