    Unit good; customer service miserable

    My 5* ratings only refer to the device. Regarding digitec.ch and samsung.ch, my verdict is diametrically different, namely negative!
    Samsung Switzerland refuses to deliver the DeX-Station as promised. What is this? I     have already paid Digitec a price premium (> 30 CHF). Now Samsung Switzerland is refusing to keep its promises. Digitec should take action here!

    The change was worth it...

    After 8 years of iPhone, I switched to Samsung. After 2 days of migration, I am now completely satisfied. I don't want to go back.
