It's a pity, I think Samsung is actually above everything.
However, I was very disappointed with this printer and will unfortunately have to return it! :-(
If I'm going to buy a MFP with DuplexScan, I expect to be able to do so without any loss of quality!

The printer has worked well for us so far. I was able to put the device into operation without any problems and configure it as a network printer without much effort. I was able to make the settings on the PC (call up IP in Explorer).
The touch screen sometimes reacts a bit sluggishly. But the application on the printer is also somewhat different than on a smartphone, so that doesn't bother me. In general, the operation is simple.
I'm no expert when it comes to print quality. I haven't noticed anything negative in the printouts I've made so far (mostly text with a few graphics). We don't print pictures on a large scale.
The AFD automatic document feeder with reversing function has worked without any problems so far. I have not yet come across any skewed copies. The "scan to e-mail address" function is practical. I have not (yet) scanned from a PC.

And I am very disappointed with the product, since the beginning, I have been experiencing all kinds of problems:
-Impossible to print from IpadPro and I spent hours to find a solution, it worked for a while, but since a month, it's over
-The software provided by Samsung are numerous, but they all do almost the same functions.
-Samsung Printer Center impossible to update the software "this program can't....."
- Change of printing criteria, all of a sudden, all the pages I print have the printer IP number at the bottom of the page. The cross and banner to remove this
- It's HP that does the technical support, it would have been simple to notify them on the Samsung website, before having to search and register with HP.
I made a bad purchase, I used to have an HP, which worked great for 15 years.
Have a nice day
