    Digitec refuses to take it over

    Digitec refuses to take back the item even though the 30-day deadline has not been met. I'd call that a mockery of the world. Don't buy this item from them: if there's a problem, they won't give you your money back. Avoid them.

    After 33 months cutting head defective, not available individually here.

    True on the whole, but a good device. But already after 33 months irrevocably defective because of a small plastic part in the cutting head is not acceptable. Not that the cutting head should not be defective after this time, but that it can simply be reordered here. That is not sustainable for a product. Especially not at this price. It is also clear that manufacturers and dealers still earn too much and therefore do not need to sell spare parts, in this case the cutting head, especially as the complete device is still available.

    shaves well

    The razor is a bit too modern for me, it starts to glow when you touch it.
