High background noise & failure after 2.5 years

As a borrower, I liked the acoustics.

For me, the product has a noticeable self-noise, which was annoying at a distance of 70cm. The noise persisted even when no audio source was connected and the volume control was set to 0-50%. Apparently this behaviour was not fixed with "2nd Gen".

Unfortunately, the speaker stopped working after 2.5 years. more

the new listening

Not particularly spectacular at first hearing, until after a few days you realise how clearly the audio signals are reproduced. Even with music you have known for years, new facets come to light. It is not intended for room sound reinforcement. The speakers should be fairly close to your head (1-2 outstretched arms) and the tweeters should definitely be exactly at ear level. Then a new world of sound opens up (for a really good price). Ps. Bad recordings now sound really lousy. more
