    Only slide holders receive

    Only slide holder received for the second time. Another service case, Digitec is really resistant to the request to check your stock. Let's see if it works on the third attempt.

    Just don't order it!

    Set ordered, only received slide holder. On request, Digitec sent another set which was also missing the negative holder. On further enquiry, Digitec also informed me that this was OK! When I phoned them, they asked me to take a screen shot of the relevant page at digitec.ch and to circle the negative holder on the picture of the set...
    I have now ordered the set from Brack. Let's see if they still know the difference between negatives and slides and that a set consists of at least two things.

    These are included with the OpticFilm scanner

    Although it is not clear from the product page, these two media holders are included with the OptiFilm scanner, so it is not necessary to purchase them separately unless you want to have a second set for some reason.
