Good - but not on my phone

In principle, I would like this device - unfortunately, my HTC U11 life has a constant loose contact and apparently poor call quality - at least my conversation partners have complained about this frequently. I can't completely rule out the possibility that my HTC is the culprit, but the headset that comes with it actually works without any problems... what a pity... more
