    Printer cartridge leads to the error "Problem with the ink system".

    The "problem with the ink system" error triggered by the ink cartridges cannot be corrected. The partial reset recommended by HP makes the software completely and irreversibly unusable. Conclusion: I could not print a single page with it and had to buy a new printer. This is pure customer bamboozlement! I recommend Digitec to remove these ink cartridges (preferably including the HP printer) from their range!

    • Makes the decision to never buy another HP printer or product easier.

    • Destroys the previously perfectly functioning printer because the HP software is programmed that way.

    Pelikant cartridges are not recognised by the printer HP OfficeJet 8600 Plus!

    It was the same with the 951XL M and Y cartridges, but suddenly they work!
