    Faulty chips, error: "Toner not compatible with region" in a total of 2 out of 3 deliveries.

    With two devices (an OKI MC 860 and an MC861, the error message "Region not compatible" was displayed after a few printers - this with two complete sets and with two different printers) - I therefore advise against using this toner. Digitec should urgently look into this with the supplier. The return and the hassle are not worth it for us, we are writing off the toner.
