    Not recommended - quality insufficient

    Compared to the Philips Hue, this system is absolutely inadequate. The installation takes ages and didn't work the first time. Then I had to wait about 40 minutes until all the components were updated.

    The lamp is ok.     However, the colours are very limited. Green is some greenish white and yellow exists only as a warm white. Totally disappointing.

    The slightly higher price for Philips HUE is definitely justified.

    I have returned the item and cannot recommend buying it.

    Good

    Easy to install. Practical.

    Works as it should. I operate it via Raspberry with hass.io, mixed with Philips Hue lamps, and notice no difference.

    Pro

    • More lamp types than Hue.
    • Hub needs no standing room, no Ethernet and no power cable.
