The Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II appealed to me because of its dimensions, weight and range of functions. When good lenses are used, the new High Res mode can easily keep up with my Nikon D800. RAW files even yield far more than 40 megapixels. I was also very impressed by the new image stabiliser. The OM-D is now always with me and a convincing camera for every situation. The menu, which is often criticised, is not a hindrance in my opinion. As a Nikonian, you quickly learn to appreciate the advantages of the touch display and its useful functions. I don't miss anything about this camera, so to speak. Even the missing headphone output can be supplemented via the optional battery handle.

In short: a highly recommendable camera!
I also own the first version of the E-M5 and also the E-M1. So it's not wrong to call me an Olympus fan boy.
What I like about this camera is the size, the excellent electronic viewfinder, the operating concept with the two dials and the switch lever, and the quality workmanship. But the E-M1 is even better made.
The image quality is very good! The pixel hunter, however, will end up with Sony's A7. But he won't have the same choice of high-quality lenses.
Have fun taking pictures

A top camera that shines with a very generous equipment. After the last few years on Nikon SLRs, I was rather sceptical, but now I wouldn't give it away. The compact construction and the great retro design are great cinema.
The image quality is amazing once you've navigated through the rather complicated menu...and what else is possible!
Top product and the usual top Digitec handling!
