Expensive and without alternative
As one of the many owners of the excellent Olympus M5 II, I rely on this original Olympus battery. The battery delivered to me in January 2021 has the date March 2019 (2019-03-09TD) printed on it. I assume that this is the production date and that the battery has never been charged in the last 22 months. That is too long in my opinion. The price is too high anyway. I am curious how long the battery will last. For the time being, it seems to work.

Must buy because you need a second or third battery
An original battery. Does what it has to do. I would never consider a third-party manufacturer. I find it ridiculous to spend >1000 francs and then count peas on the battery. It's still too expensive and that's a deduction.
