    Bye-bye OKI

    I had chosen this printer to replace my previous OKI MB471 with which I was very satisfied. Almost 7 years of honourable service without ever a problem. I decided to switch to OKI, but I chose wrong: very poor after-sales service. Judging by the answers I don't think they know what they are talking about either. Not to mention that I use this machine for business, so I would have expected a more attentive service for business customers. But nothing. Pity. The machine itself is not bad, just a bit retro. Non-touch, monochrome display, no possibility to set the language of preference, rather meagre web interface and, again, a bit retro. Reminiscent of sites from the early 1990s. A nostalgia operation that ill accords with the need to have a technological product in step with the times. To sum up: a sturdy machine, but with an antiquated design and a very bad after-sales service (at least for the Italian). Sent back two days after purchase!

    Solid multi-purpose device for little money

    The scanning software supplied is a little behind the times but the machine itself performs all tasks well.
