    YES do not buy

    YES NONE OKI!!

    We bought a few for the office. The purest disaster! Lots of problems and always big promises from OKI. They lure you with a 3-year on-site warranty. This promises to send a technician immediately in case     of service. In reality, however, no technician comes and you have to deal with the German helpline. These employees are cheeky and incompetent. Our service case took a whole 2 weeks and cost us a lot of time and nerves as well as lost work. There was no compensation or apology. Our complaints were first answered but then simply ignored.

    Therefore, do not make the same mistake and do not buy an OKI!

    Defect after a good three years

    Basically, I was very satisfied with the printer. Unfortunately, it is now irreparably defective after a good three years. This may be a coincidence, but it doesn't have to be.

    Would buy and recommend again

    Very good laser printer. Even photos are of acceptable quality, but not as good as an inkjet printer.
    But highly recommended for colour documents.
    Text printing is top

    • Colour prints very good

    • no borderless printing
    • conditionally recommended for photo printing
    • Very large unit, takes up a lot of space
