Screen detaches, battery blows up after three years of intensive use

I have had a Surface Pro 4 i5-6300U SSD, 8GB, 256GB in mobile use for my work (Windows 10 Pro) for three years.

The performance is sufficient for Office Suite, web applications, connection to servers. For computationally intensive applications, the Surface with this equipment reaches its expected limits.

After three years of intensive mobile use 5 days a week, the battery is now blowing up, quite intense heat development and therefore yellow discolouration on the screen edges on the left and right. In the meantime, the display is coming apart at the lower left edge of the screen and is sticking up about 4 mm.

As far as I could find out, I am not the only user whose display is coming off after 3 years. I expected a Surface to be built more sustainably and to last at least 5 years if used properly.
