Microsoft needs to do some more "Product development".

Basically the idea is good - you load Office 365, pay once a year and get the latest upgrades at a decent price. What is missing are the instructions.....you need to know that Office 2010 needs to be completely removed - see Youtube video and special Microsoft software package, otherwise Outlook won't work. Likewise, the sync function with iPhone has changed so I lost Calendars, People and Notes and it took a while before I realised that these functions are connected to an e-mail address.
Contact with Microsoft - chat function with USA and a telephone call with Microsoft Zürich didn't help at all.
Microsoft definitely needs to put the picture straight and improve their loading instructions.

Word and Mac bite each other. You don't do this to yourself voluntarily!

Word is ok on MacBook; Outlook unfortunately lacks formatting functions and PPT is not really 1:1 compatible.
But the most annoying thing is the licensing: a few days after registering the new licence key, the programme
asks for its entry again, but the corresponding dialogue does not allow any further action (licence server is not contacted; new key entry is rejected) and blocks the whole computer. We had this problem every year for a few weeks after switching to the new key.
And of course neither Apple support can help (Office is from the competition) nor Microsoft (problem unknown!).
