    Not a consumer product! Microsoft is taking a bold step with this offer. SW package can hardly be used properly in small businesses without professional IT support.

    This is a powerful package at a very attractive entry price for small businesses: CHF 140 per user and year incl. 7x24h support for a professional IT environment without fixed costs for IT staff are a hit at first glance!
    About     the product: For most small businesses, it should become clear after a short time that the Microsoft 365 Business subscription is actually necessary. Basic functions for business use such as enterprise state roaming are missing. This means, for example, that the synchronisation settings are deactivated on Windows 10 pro after the installation of Office 365 BP. Attractive additional functions (e.g. simple CRM functionality in Outlook) are discontinued as soon as they are purchased. So it is hardly possible to choose the right subscription without professional advice. Otherwise, the attractive introductory price will easily double until you have what you expected when you bought it!
    About the support: A good knowledge of English is required to use the prompt 7x24h support. The support is structured according to software modules and the support centre for Azure, for example, is in India. You are passed on from support centre to support centre. A problem solution can quickly take 10 days and end with the final information that only an expensive additional subscription can solve the problem.

    Key is only redeemable with an MS business account.

    The software key can only be redeemed with an MS business account. This is not mentioned on the MS homepage or by Digitec. However, a business account can only be opened by purchasing from MS. After about 5 hours of support with MS with no result, I wrote off the amount without replacement.
    The functionality of the software package itself would be fine.
