    Does not work as specified - various problems

    Digitec was kind enough to refund the purchase price - thanks for that.

    Contra

    • USB2.0 speed on 3 (2x USB3.0 & 1x USB-C) of 4 ports. These run via a hub
    • Card reader does not work properly and has trouble reading SD-XC cards in MicroSD slot.
    • Neither the manufacturer of the product, nor the chip (VLI Labs vl813) care about the problems.
    • If the cardreader does work, it's already out of date with 17MB/s
    • The USB3.0 ports, which only run with USB2.0, often don't recognize devices at all
    • No support for Windows 8 and Windows 10
    • If you eject a USB device, the whole hub is ejected - > reboot necessary

    Met expectations

    Has completely fulfilled the specified functions.
    Small drawback; the panel does not fit flush in the front (protrudes 2mm), but this is more due to the existing computer case and not the panel.
