    works as designed, but only exactly that

    I bought it in bulk for a slightly different use. So I can't comment on regular / permanent use, but I have tested it extensively: it works as advertised. However, the following was not quite clear to me from the description:
    - There is a delay when starting up (1-2sec?).
    - Must be totally filled with liquid to work (does not suck!)
    - Is polarised and yellow wire is positive, i.e. yellow is what is otherwise red.
    - Dirt sensitive
