Serial problem?
These speakers have a flaw: they continually shut down! And this is a known problem....

Good sound for the size
Lifting the firmware update from V42 to V44 was a Sisyphean task. The update kept getting stuck. Afterwards, the power cable had to be unplugged and the update had to be executed again. Before running the update, it explains step by step what to do if it fails. Apparently the update works unreliably even with internal JBL tests. After about 40 attempts on 3 different devices, the update worked. Unfortunately, certain games on firmware V44 still don't run with it and I have to switch from USB to 3.5mm in each case.... A no-go at this price!

Turn themselves off
Bought them for my new PC, after a while, even when music is playing or in the middle of a zoom meeting, they automatically turn themselves off. Have installed all drivers, firmware has an error message when installing (Windows 10 x64). Have written to customer support but will most likely send them back. Too bad.
