    OK on its own, but together with a second speaker and the JBL Connect app only conditionally suitable as a stereo system.

    Setting up two Flip 4s as a stereo system together with the Android JBL Connect app was extremely tedious. Firstly, there are no helpful step-by-step instructions, and secondly, the Connect app did not find the boxes at first. After x installations and uninstallations of the app and after several resets of the boxes, it finally worked, but there were sensitive dropouts on one box (depending on which box was paired first), as if there was some interference with Bluetooth or as if a series of sound frames could not be transmitted otherwise. On one of the next occasions, the connection with the app suddenly stopped working and the game started all over again. The only reason I haven't returned the two speakers so far is because there are longer phases when the stereo mode works and because I don't know of any alternative as a compact and mobile stereo system at the moment.

    You simply have to have this device!
