    Device so far good - service and delivery very good. Waiting for your answer

    Actually, I am satisfied with the device. But due to an enquiry from your customers, I found out that my device only has 2 GB of RAM. But it should have 3 - that's how it's specified. What can we do? Can you possibly give me another device (dual-sim is a requirement) that has 3 GB of RAM?

    2 sim or Sim plus micro-sd

    It's dual sim OR micro-SD. I had chosen this phone for the ability to manage 2 sims and to extend the memory by Micro SD. The first disappointment is that you have to choose between sim + sd OR 2 sim. The phone has a micro SD card and I can't install any applications on the micro SD card, so I'm not sure when I'm going to upgrade. Overall disappointed. The design is certainly successful enough, but it is not a criterion of interest for me
