    4 discs in Raid 5

    HPE from Gen8 onwards have such a nice animated LED and it disappears into a rack, a real shame. HPE has the best caddy design in the server universe. Only very few have the privilege of looking at the LEDs for hours.

    Read/write     speed feels a bit slow, maybe perceived speed is the wrong measurement method.

    • Not as fast as expected (perhaps too much expectation on my part)

    We would buy the hard disk again.

    At the beginning we were worried that the hard disk might be bullied by the other RAID groups because of the RPM. However, the hard disk has integrated very well and also gets along very well with the RAID controller.
