Conclusion first impression: the product is convincing so far.

    First impressions.
Packaging: enormous. Very well packed, very good protection
Mounting: enormously robust, heavy, massive stand, no VESA standard? looks different. 1-click mounting.
    Appearance: modern, simple, robust. narrow
    edge, looks simple and elegant.
First switch on: where is the switch on button hidden?
Operation: takes some getting used to with the buttons on the back right. many clicks until you reach what you want.
Display: picture looks sharp. Colours look good. Can be very bright. IPS typical "fog" spots instead of black?
Windows10 settings window looks blurry (scaling?). No pixel defects detected (I would hope so. Monitor has zero-bright-pixel warranty).
No speakers. Doesn't bother me, my computers are connected with bluetooth speakers.

Conclusion first impression: the product convinces.

The purchase was worth it for me. :)

Ergonomically, the z32 is right for me and feels good and very stable when adjusting.

The design I find positively simple and unobtrusive. Fits. :)

Connection technology for my needs everything on board:
    Display Port /
    HDMI for my Lenovo T470.
MacBook Pro (2018) via adapter to HDMI.
=> must still get me a good USB-C cable for 4k and 60Hz.

On this, one more note about USB-C video from the manual:
    Select 3840 × 2160 @ 60 Hz + USB 2.0 for higher vertical refresh rate and
    slower USB speed.
    - OR -.
Select 3840 × 2160 @ 30 Hz + USB 3.0 for lower vertical refresh rate and faster USB speed.
    and higher USB speed.

Workspace is simply enormous. Was unsure regarding 4k resolution and readability / scaling. For me in Native very good for working / reading.

Calibration is only later. Is secondary for me, since the main reason for use is in the "paper workflow" with many windows.

Input lag: I can not say anything about it in office mode or have not noticed anything negative so far (Should probably also only exist with USB-C video signal).
