Defect

Unfortunately, the printer does not really work well.
The following
1. finds the wireless
2. only finds the router of the TV and the wireless of the neighbour.
3. the printer finds my mobile's hotspot and can connect to it --> printing pages only partially --> tried several times and it doesn't work
4. quality of print not good --> black lines
5. cleaning done, but still the same.

Unfortunately, not everything works as I had imagined and I urgently need a functioning printer.

How should we proceed more
