    Super Streaming Puck

    I am completely satisfied with the device. I particularly like the fast response time. Start streaming on the smartphone or TV and not a second later it's running on the TV. Together with Zattoo, this will definitely be my replacement for the TV set-top box of a well-known telecom provider whose name I won't mention here ;-)

    I was a bit sceptical at first, because this Chromecast comes with a power supply unit, because it supposedly needs too much power for the USB ports of the TV. But I don't use it at the moment. My Chromecast is powered via a USB port on the TV and is connected via WLAN. So far, this has worked flawlessly. I can't say how it is with 4K streaming, as I don't (yet) own a 4K TV. But that will be the case in the foreseeable future and that's why I chose this Chromecast.

    • Pleasant to use, fast response
    • Does exactly what it is supposed to do
    • Superb picture and sound quality (only tested on Full-HD TV)

    I should write:" We are satisfied " (words of my wife)

    There are small problems when a stream is running that the input fields on our mobile phones disappear and can no longer be called up, but I think these are operating errors on our part.

    • Cleanly processed

    Contra

    • Unfortunately, not every programme runs as a stream
    • Now the sofa is occupied all the time. That was my PLACE!!!!

    Facilitates the operation of the TV enormously

    With this part, I can operate my TV much more easily and comfortably via iPad or iPhone instead of using the remote control of the TV (change programme, rewind/fast-forward, change app,...). Supports DAZN, Sky Sport and Zattoo, so perfect for sports lovers. If you plug it into the back of the TV, it is not noticeable at all.
