Provides me with all the data I want from a fitness watch, and even more so in a graph. Is waterproof and the battery does not always have to be charged, very good standby time.

I have had the Vivoactive HR for 2 months now. I actually only use it to monitor my heart rate on the bike and on the cross trainer. Initially, I was very satisfied with it. Crosstrainer, Polar watch with chest strap and Vivoactive were at most +/- 2 pulses per minute unequal and that on the range of 50 - 150 pulses per min. For about three weeks now, the heart rate monitor seems to work under normal circumstances (walking around, sitting etc.), but seems to lock in exactly at 100 pulses per min. As soon as I stop exercising and the pulse comes back below 100 pulses per min, it seems to work normally again.
Therefore, the watch is unusable for my purposes. I wanted a heart rate monitor without a chest strap. The rest of the gadgets are fun, but I hardly pay attention to them.
By the way, I am not alone with this problem. On the Garmin forum you can find various other owners of this watch who have the same problem.

Thanks to a tip from an English forum, I deleted all files on garmin\activity a week ago. Since then, the heart rate measurement works perfectly again. This now gives an overall rating of 4 stars. I am only missing the sport elliptical trainer or cross trainer.

Good watch with many functions. As usual with Garmin, the SW takes some getting used to. Here the HW is clearly better than the SW.
