    Various software errors, In case of a problem, you get no support - the company did not respond on various channels / or without assistance and only with standard emails.

    The support department does not respond to software errors for more than 14 days. If you have a problem you can't expect any help (even if you send in the error code). You can create training plans from Garmin and then train towards a goal - sounds good, but unfortunately does not work. For the second time now, after about 4-5 weeks (for a training plan of about 12 weeks) a software error occurred, the problem could not solve the support (despite X inquiries over weeks). So you have to stop in the middle of the training plan and start over, which is very tedious after 4-5 weeks.
    The website (GarminConnect) could also be much better programmed and allows only very limited customization in certain areas. Operation not optimal.
    When swimming in the pool, you can not optimally adjust the lengths of the pool and there are also rows of false measurements made while swimming.
    Music: The playlists integrate succeeded without a mobile subscription (eg Apple Play Music or so) despite multiple attempts not (the created playlist of Itunes were not recognized). Additionally, even here the condition could be much better and easier.

    Really great watch for outdoor activities

    Great watch.
    Simple to use. Very reliable for running and outdoor activity. Simple link to the phone. Light and easy to have it on your hand the whole day. I’m now even using it like my every day watch even at work.
