Solid desk with defects and poor description

A short review and constructive criticism to the Galaxus team:

(++) Delivery: fast, directly to your door and free of charge! A clear reason to also buy furniture from Galaxus.

(++) Assembly: very easy - the desk was already pre-assembled - you only had to screw on the legs. Super! Another clear differentiator from the market competitors

(-) Quality: The first impression is solid. A few points:
a.) One of the pre-drilled holes was not drilled cleanly - I had to rework here to be able to attach the plug-in connector. Please give feedback to your supplier here.
b) Needs getting used to: The drawers do not have a classic drawer glide system, but have plain felt stickers under the drawers. This looks strange, and not of such high quality. In addition, the drawers have no "stuffing function" with this system - you have them right in your hand when "motivated" to open them. Unintentionally emptied drawers on the floor are pre-programmed

(--) Product description: Unfortunately, the picture of the rear view does not correspond to reality: Holes are shown here - suggesting that cables can be inserted. This is not the case - there are none at the back - the surface is completely closed. The picture was one of my reasons for buying - so I am unfortunately a little disappointed.

Therefore my constructive hints:
1.) please give the supplier a hint that the holes for the wooden connectors should be subjected to better quality control.
2) Please check how the products are delivered and adjust the product descriptions accordingly.

I will not return the table - the packing is too much work for me - and the basic quality is ok - please avoid such disappointments in the future.

Woodwork appears solid

Contra

Drawer quality: no "gliding system" - felt stickers at the bottom make a cheap impression
Drawer quality: you have it in your hand when you open the drawer "motivated".
Wrong pictures - no holes on the back - i.e. no possibility to lay cables.

Not worth it. Go for Ikea and quality will be much better!
