Assembly requires some electrical understanding. Otherwise, a top product that integrates seamlessly into the SmartHome.

Delivery from digitec as always uncomplicated and fast.
The Fibaro Single Switch comes in packaging that seems a little too big for this tiny product. Detailed instructions for installation and explanations of functions were also missing. Only a small booklet in various languages shows the standard installation. But not every light switch looks the same. I had to do a lot of research on the internet and finally had an electrician come. In the end, however, I would have connected it exactly the way he did. During my research, I was able to learn a lot about electrics. In any case, it was more challenging than turning in a Hue bulb.
Now that everything is mounted and set in the app, everything works flawlessly.
You can switch the light on and off as usual on the light switch or with Apple's Home app. The status of the lamp is always displayed correctly, regardless of which switch or mobile phone was used. TOP
I don't regret the purchase in any way, only the electrician, who was twice as expensive as the device itself, I could have saved myself. If you are not familiar with electricity or have too much respect for it, you should not save on the electrician. more

Does what/as it should!

I installed two of these single switches today. Unfortunately, I am not an electrician and could not do it myself. Fortunately, I have a friend who is a qualified electrician.

One Fibaro is installed in a changeover circuit, but in the ceiling in the "distribution box" (in total there are 3 switches that can switch the lighting in the corridor on/off). It works very well so far.

The other one is installed in a normal light switch and does what it is supposed to do.

This means that I can control the recessed spots in the ceiling in the corridor and the normal lamp above the dining table in addition to my Hue lamps. Everything as before via the normal light switch or via App/Home/Siri.

It's quite possible that I will upgrade sooner or later! more
