  The Fellowes Back Support is intended as a lumbar cushion that can be attached to the back of a chair. But this only works to a limited extent, as there is only a simple fastening strap. As a result, the support slips away from the optimal area in most office chairs, if it stays in place at all. What does work, however, is to strap the back support on like a belt!
