    Design Wow - Suction Mau!

    Full of joy I have shortly after New Year's Eve my new Dyson Eye 360 erhalte, unfortunately, the disillusionment was not long in coming!

    As usual from Dyson was the product and the charging station, although made of plastic
    of all first quality. Also from the much-mentioned first connection problem with the app no trace. After the Dyson 360 was fully charged, it went to work. I was delighted to watch the little helper's industrious activity. The Dyson did its primary job - cleaning - really well. Thanks to its small radius, it gets into many small corners and close to edges.

    Unfortunately, the small radius is both a blessing and a curse. After a good 35 minutes, the Eye 360 put down its work for the first time - so far so normal. Due to the small size of the vacuum, it had only cleaned 12 square meters at this point, which means back to the charging station, 2 hours of charging and another 35 minutes of vacuuming. This game was repeated 4 times until my not too large apartment was reasonably clean - Saturday was thanks to the constantly recurring suction noise unfortunately not so great. Other robot vacuums manage the area well with one charge.

    Well, I thought to myself the next day, "the Dyson if it bothers me simply interrupt". Unfortunately, as soon as he interrupted the cleaning of the apartment starts again from scratch. This not only during manual intervention but unfortunately also when he hangs up somewhere for a long time, moves etc..

    Thus, I set full of hope a schedule, yes you can tell the vacuum clearly when he should and may vacuum on which day. To my great disappointment, the vacuum cleaner has not yet managed to clean my apartment completely. Either it can't find its way back to the charging station or it drives somewhere in a darker area of the apartment and can't find its way around (lamps left on? -.-) or it simply gets stuck somewhere.

    Absolute no-go

    I am very similar to the first reviewer, except that I had massive problems even connecting it to the app. Although it did this in the first attempt within approx. 15 minutes - which is already an unbelievably long time - after that I could not control it. So I had to reset the device and start again. Two!!! hours later the sigh of happiness - finally recognised and the app connects. Close to sending it back...
    My call for help to Dyson support was placed, the promise I would be called back was not fulfilled. So the conclusion to the support: A real pain in the arse!

    It has been running since it started. However, I have to switch it to 'quiet' in the app, so it consumes much less power and, if it finds its way and doesn't get stuck anywhere, it can easily cover 100m2.
    However, it gets permanently caught on our chairs, for example, and then doesn't get any further. The caterpillars are perfect for carpets, and he doesn't fall down the stairs, but if he hits something at an angle, it's over. It doesn't seem to have a reverse gear that gets it out of such awkward situations. And now the worst: As the previous writer already mentioned, his sense of orientation is very poor. If he had to clean a gym, that would be perfect. He can't find his way around our very winding flat. And above all, it regularly can't find its way home to the charging station or drives around in stuff so strangely that you can only grin (ah, swear - the thing costs more than 1000).

    Not recommended!

    Despite SW update and complaints: rather mindless suction with favourite places. The joke is that you can't leave the thing running at night because it needs light!!!
    In ten years these robots can be helpful, but now they
    are really still in an early stage. Only the price is outstanding!
