Pad would be fine if not folded!

The pad would be fine if it wasn't sent folded in a box so there's a big crease down the middle that will never come out fully.

Contacted Customer Services and was sent three separate pads but every time they were folded instead of rolled (even after the logistics department confirmed it was packed incorrectly and should be rolled after the second attempt). In the end I got a refund so I could buy one in a shop.

Complete waste of materials (even more so because of the size of the boxes they're sent in is disproportionate to the size of the pad which has added to the waste!)
