I have 2 such devices for my aunt and my wife. Both cause huge problems with black screens every now and then. Suddenly at a restart, after standby or simply in the middle of working. Meanwhile, no picture at all is shown via HDMI-DVI after a Windows update(!). Even firmware updates via another monitor (the modern AV receiver Yamaha RX-A3070 standing next to it) have had no effect. But not even that can display the picture if you want to enter the BIOS settings -> BLACK. Because some of the internet manuals give tips for BIOS settings.
It seems to be a problem of firmware and/or drivers. However, the hints on the net are manifold. The ones I have been able to try - e.g. without BIOS settings - have not worked so far. However, sometimes it is not reproducible and just goes away again ... very tedious to find the cause and fix it.
Unfortunately, I have not yet found the "Support" button at Digitec ... and Intel has been in the mills for days.Contra
