    Exactly what I need to transfer old mini DV cassettes from the recorder to the PC.

    Copying from old camcorder to DVD recorder does not work !

    I tried to copy old Video8, Hi8 and Digital8 tape cassettes to a DVD recorder with this cable. Does not work...
