    Buy at your own risk!

I bought one of these top spec XPS 13 Laptops and was initially very happy with it.
However, after only 3 months there was a complete Mother Board Failure. Therefore I lost everything (all personal software etc)
    Since
investigating this issue, I found many other examples of other customers experiencing the same issue.
My experience with Dell Customer Service has to be the worst I've ever experienced of any company in all my years working in the IT industry.
There have been a catalogue of errors from this company, too many to go into detail.
Today they called to say that they have a shortage of parts and do not know when they can fix it.
I wrote to Michael Dell directly in the US. Only since then did things start to happen.
I have now been offered a full refund and will take it, because I could bare the though of dealing with Dell again, if something else goes wrong. Be warned: Buy this Dell product at your own risk!

    Never again Dell

Actually a good PC, but DELL has absolutely inadequate customer service.
It's been in the repair shop for almost a month now, just to replace the fan, which was already defective after one month.

Very good notebook at a good price

The notebook is very beautiful, thin, light and looks very classy. What I like very much is that it is hardly to not at all audible. Of course, it gets louder when gaming, but it's still quieter than the other laptops I know.

    The
touchscreen responds wonderfully and the 4K resolution is also very good.
On YouTube and on the Internet, you can read everywhere that the touchpad supposedly reacts badly, which is not true at all.

It's a bit difficult to open.

I can't complain, the only shortcoming is still Windows 10. I wouldn't recommend defragmentation, CCleaner and changing the login screen, otherwise it won't start. It was like that with all my PCs with Windows 10, because some devices with Windows 10 don't know how to start the graphics. Therefore 2 stars for reliability.
