Top memory and quite reliable.
I bought the modules in December '12, when they still cost 87.- Fr. Does anyone know why they are so expensive again?

Had a PC defect for inexplicable reasons. Had to find out where exactly the problem was (board "P8Z68 Pro/Gen3", CPU "i7 3770K", SSD, RAM, ...) and bought all the rest as well as this RAM in a double pack (2 x 16 GB). (All the different error messages didn't really make the root cause analysis any easier...)

After trying around, exchanging etc. it then turned out that effectively my old RAMs (also Corsair Vengeance 4 x 8 GB, but different series/number) were defective or corrupt (although everything was displayed correctly in the BIOS, as well as in Win7 or Win8.1 once I got that far again).

These RAM here now work perfectly with the ASUS Z97-Pro board, can also be overclocked without any problems. No more problems with my practically new PC (case, PS & 2xGFXs and some SSDs / HDDs I kept, board (+BIOS update regarding CPU), CPU, RAMs plus a (larger) SSD are new).
