    Great if you don't use a mobile phone cover. - Otherwise stupid...

    even with the thinnest silicone protective cover, this dock no longer works...

    I would have been glad if this limitation had been mentioned in the description.

    Basically a great thing, but ...
    ... if the iPhone is in a case that creates a slightly larger distance between the outside of the case and the Lightning socket on the iPhone, the Lightning connector of this station is too     short and does not make it deep enough into the Lightning socket on the iPhone.
    If you don't have a case around your mobile phone or one that is really very thin at the bottom edge of the device, then this station is, as already mentioned ...
    ... basically a great thing.
