Unfortunately very disappointing experience

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Mucho Mobile at all. There are big problems with the monthly package renewal, credit card can not be deposited. They charge enormous fees for services that no one else charges for (e.g. 3CHF for an unanswered call and then 4.30 CHF for the following Combox message).
Unfortunately, I can only warmly advise everyone against this, especially as the customer service is also not particularly customer-oriented. more
