And it really works (a little) :-) The alarm clock registers the arm movements and starts ringing within the set time as soon as you move your arm (i.e. as soon as you wake up). I usually wake up 15 minutes earlier, but I don't feel as tired as when my normal alarm clock wakes me up from a deep sleep. The menu navigation is very cumbersome, the selection of alarm tones is small, the stability of the alarm clock is not very great. The sleep function is pleasant for my tinnitus: the alarm clock murmurs to itself until it no longer registers any arm movements and then switches off the sound, which works quite well. The wristband is comfortable to wear.
