    Best ever I had

    After having two expensive Dell XPSs in the last 10 years with manufacturing defects that were never repaired under warranty, Dell was no longer an option. This Asus is a brilliant design. After just a few minutes you get so used to the second display that you never want to be without it. The display is fantastic. In terms of colors and sharpness, nothing can replace the mirror displays. The smaller display has a matte surface. So they don't mirror each other.
    The transfer of data and programs from the old laptop worked perfectly with the third party software recommended by Microsoft. Only very little subsequent manual work was necessary.
    Who still needs many old USB ports can help themselves with multi-connector cables or transition plugs to Type C.
    For me, the best laptop concept ever.

    • Haptics very good

    • Fans go down too much. A real wood surface could suffer in the long run.

    Very good for AUDIO

    Positive surprise, since no test's on the www so far:
    Very well suited for AUDIO (my main application): DCP Latency Check & Latency Monitor.
    I.e. already without big W10 audio optimizations good "audio production base".

    Pro

    • quiet in normal mode
    • among other things suitable for audio production
    • Super screen
    • little advertising software on it
    • 2.screen can be switched off (if not needed)

    Contra

    • could have more ports, but can be expanded via adapters

    Great computer

    The dual screen display is very comfortable to use. For photo editing, with Photoshop and Adobe products, a special screen with simulated soft buttons is displayed on the second screen.
    I searched for a detailed documentation     for this model, which I did not find.
