Have them together with the Arctic Silver 5 and the Prolimatech PK 3.
Previously I had the Cooler Master ice cream, which heated to 33 ° C (water cooling). Cool with it a FX-8350.
IDLE:
Prolimatech Pk3: 34°C (Does not require burn-in time).
Arctic Silver 5: 36°C, after one day to 33°C, after some days to 29°C
MK-4 showed about the same values as the AS5
So in my opinion, the thermal paste is recommended, although personally the AS5 fits me well.

Good thermal conductivity. Can be processed more difficult than the old MX-2 and is very tough and sticky. But is thus overall very good to compare with the AS5, which I used years before. Also in terms of heat conduction properties.
Keeps my CPU Intel i7 4790k at an average of 35°C at idle.
Cooler Scythe Kama Cross , but at only 300 RPM and thus a very good and low temperature.
Thus, however, hardly a relevant difference to AS5. Can also confirm, for example, the previous descriptions of "deus3d".
The AS5 can be processed to my taste a very little better.
But still gives the five stars, because for everything important is achieved, what a thermal paste must be able to.

Much easier to apply than Grizzly thermal and it has held up well for about 2 years without any problems.
