purchased this productLousy service from Digitec
The Macbook was purchased on 9 June 2020 for Fr. 2349. About half a year later, the screen began to flicker and crash depending on the programme. Digitec says there is hardware damage to the display which will not be replaced under warranty. Instead, they offer to repair the laptop for Fr. 1,126.05.
Digitec also has the cheek to offer a discount of CHF 30 on a new device if the customer decides not to have the device repaired and disposes of it.
I recommend everyone to buy directly from Apple. Digitec is good as long as you don't have any warranty claims, returns or repairs.Pro
